Brendon & Mitchell Boerm honored at Central

Brendon and Mitchell Boerm were honored for their contributions to the Central College football team this fall at the squad’s awards banquet Sunday afternoon.
The Dutch finished 8-2 overall for their 51st winning season since 1961 and finished second in the Iowa Conference. Key stats for the brothers this year are as follows:
Brendon Boerm – quarterback/wide receiver, 5-11, 185, sr., North Tama HS
Awards/honors: Third varsity letter; 2014 Worp Borgman Award (highest GPA by a senior); 2014 all-Iowa Conference (honorable mention); 2014 Capital One CoSida Academic all-District team; 2014, 2013 Academic all-Iowa Conference; Team Stars and Stripes, Division III all-stars, Tazon de Estrellas (Bowl of the Stars) (Dec. 20, 2014)
