Mark D. Dinsdale, 49

Mark Douglas Dinsdale was born on May 21, 1966, to Morris and Mary Lois (McKinley) Dinsdale. He graduated from North Tama Schools with the class of 1985. Mark and Shelby Magnussen were married in 1987. In 1991 he began employment at Randolph’s, Inc., in Traer. In 2007 Mark and Shelby purchased the business from her father. Mark loved spending time outdoors whether it be deer hunting, fishing, or simply working in his own yard always attempting to beautify something. Watching his daughters run track throughout their lives was foremost only to time spent traveling on his Harley with his wife. His family was the most important thing in his life; he especially loved being a grandpa to his granddaughter Brie Markie. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend who never failed to put others first. Mark was a leader not a follower. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Mark passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2015, at Grundy Center Memorial Hospital after a long battle with cancer. He is survived by his parents, his wife Shelby, twin daughters: Blaire Lauren Dinsdale and Brooke Logann (Taylor) Schupbach; his granddaughter; two brothers; and his sister.
