Get Active at the Library!
We currently have 2 programs at the library that get you up and get you moving. Our Fit & Feisty exercise group meets every Mon, Wed, and Fri at 1:00. We offer a variety of exercises, and you can participate from either a sitting or standing position, so it’s appropriate for all fitness levels.
We also offer Chair Yoga on Thurs at 2:15. This is a very basic yoga class that focuses on relaxation, stretching, balance, and breathing. All exercises are done from either from a seated position, standing and using the chair, or beside your chair. You do not have to get down on (or up from) the floor! There is no cost for either of these programs. Give one of them a try!
